Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires that Home Health Aides have 12 hours of continuing education each year. Some state requires more In-Service courses to help you keep up with your knowledge and keep your skills fresh.

At RIGHT ACCORD classes are provided on an ongoing basis. We offer weekly and monthly trainings. You are responsible for attending and completing the training.

Our specialty programs are designed to provide you with more knowledge and skills about certain conditions, meet the challenges you face among clients with different conditions. You need to be up-to-date on the latest and it is expected of you to keep up with the improvement and constantly ever changing in home health care.

As a Home Health Aide, you must:

Sign up for courses offered by the agency

Attend and complete all class sessions

Pay attention and complete all class requirements including tests and competency evaluations
