About the founder
Rosemarie Tamunday-Casanova
RIGHT ACCORD is a florida-based, family-owned and operated home health care service run by Rosemarie Tamunday-Casanova, together with a highly experienced team of experts comprising administrative and clinical staff.
Rosemarie Tamunday-Casanova
Having devoted a good proportion of her early life to providing care for her ailing father, grandmother, and then her mother, Rosemarie developed a deep interest in the Healthcare industry with special regard to elderly long-term care.
Her practical experience coupled with this zeal for a medical caregiving fuelled her passion and she went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a special qualification in Critical Care Nursing, another degree in Legal Nurse Consulting, and then a master's degree in Health Administration.
She realized that just like her ailing parents and grandmother had needed assistance, very many American senior citizens equally have a great need for assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) as well as a need for compassionate, quality home care and companionship.
Propelled by the passion and desire to fill this need for more healthcare professionals in geriatric care, she was spurred on to establish RIGHT ACCORD Duty Home Healthcare in Sarasota, Florida in May 2007, one of the first Private Duty companies to be accredited and certified by the Joint Commission in Sarasota, a nationally recognized symbol of high quality and performance.
"We’ve been developing our set of specialized senior care services over the past years. Now we’re ready for more growth, and are seeking motivated professionals to join our program"

Right accord's commitment to service
RIGHT ACCORD understands that seniors cherish their independence and would rather remain in the comfort of their own homes, so is dedicated to providing them with the needed support and assistance in the most dignified manner possible, achieved with the help of Rosemarie's substantial background in Nursing Care, Critical Care Nursing, Hospice Care, Health administration, Healthcare Practice Management, and Elderly Home Care.
In addition, RIGHT ACCORD staff and caregivers are thoroughly screened and evaluated before employment, and are also required to undergo routine continuing education as part of their extensive training.
With RIGHT ACCORD, aging at home is safe and possible and we are committed to ensuring that seniors who require short or long-term care and assistance are provided such in a way that it would be given them by their own family members.
Having today successfully cared for hundreds of seniors including those requiring specialized care such as Alzheimer's care and other related Dementia care, Parkinson's disease care, After-Stroke in home care, Post-surgical/recovery or Rehabilitation care, and Hospice and End-of-Life support and care etc, RIGHT ACCORD as part of our commitment towards bringing elderly home care to as many who need it as possible, is implementing a new program to begin expansion in Florida and also nationwide.
“We’ve been developing our set of specialized senior care services over the past years,” said Rosemarie, founder of RIGHT ACCORD Senior Care Franchise. “Now we’re ready for more growth, and are seeking motivated professionals to join our program.”
When she's not busy with the demands of being RIGHT ACCORD’s administrator, Rosemarie as a testament to her burning desire and ability to provide care and help, is involved in humanitarian and philanthropic activities such as volunteering as a facilitator for Caregiver Support Groups to the Alzheimer’s Association Gulf Coast chapter in four different facilities in the area, volunteering in her capacity as member and one-time President of Siesta Key Kiwanis Club towards youth empowerment and fundraising events locally and internationally, contributing to non-profit organizations, offering scholarship programs to well deserving college students towards earning a degree, helps with poverty alleviation, and also involved in routine medical missions to her home country the Philippines.
Her active community engagements and partnerships is one of the reasons why she stands out from others and is able to provide tremendous support and recommendations even for clients requiring services not offered by RIGHT ACCORD.
RIGHT ACCORD’s mission is simple -- To achieve a world in which senior citizens can age in a graceful, dignified and safe way, with ready access to every social connection they require to live an enhanced quality of life.
