Free Evaluation Visit – One of our RN’s or LPN’s will provide a free initial
evaluation at the start of service to ensure quality of care. This enables you to be the best position to decide what services you require.
Response Service – Our representatives are always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
Affordability – The Caregivers’ rates are reasonable and competitive. We accept checks and all major credit cards. All billing is carried out by Right Accord Health on behalf of the caregiver and operate an Escrow account. You, as the Private payer, are responsible for payment of the invoice on a regular basis.
We also accept Long Term care insurance. We request an assignment of Benefits from you and will bill the long term care insurance directly on your behalf. However, each Long Term Care Policy is different and may have requirements that must be met before they approve and pay for care. We will assist in contacting your provider to review what your policy covers. Please be advised that although we accept Assignments of Benefits, YOU remain ultimately responsible for the payment of our invoices in the event your carrier does not pay the entire bill.
Please note that we are unable to accept Medicare.
Rates are based on the type of service you require and the rate requested by the caregiver who is providing the services to you. You may contact our office and a service coordinator will assist you to determine the level of care needed.
