- We are a home health care and private duty service company licensed by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Our Care Providers are RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, Homemakers and Companions.
- We are monitored and surveyed by AHCA on an annual basis and subject to unannounced visits/inspections of our offices. AHCA review staff and patient records to make sure we are compliant with State rules and regulations.
- Care Providers are carefully screened to make sure our caregivers are the right accord to our clients. They are licensed, insured and bonded.
- Care Providers are trained, screened for criminal records, and all work records/credentials verified with the appropriate organizations and authorities. Care Providers can work in your home, Nursing Home, Assisted Living Facility, Rehabilitation Facility or place or residence.
- We offer FREE RN Consultation, Assessment and Follow-up visits to our clients with extra charge. We accept all Long-Term Care Insurance Policies, Private Insurance, Auto Insurance, Private Pay, Workmen’s Compensation, Trust Accounts, Medicaid Waiver Program, and Veteran’s Benefits.
- Our goal is to make clients safe at home, optimizing their state of independence and maintaining their health. We can achieve this by making sure each client is case managed by an RN and will increase frequency of visits if needed. Our RNs have extensive background in acute and home health care.
- Each Care Provider fills out a flow sheet to document your progress or changes. They report to the RN if changes occur in your condition. The RN will make every effort to visit and collaborate with your family and physician. This is how all care giving services should be.
- Our 24-Hour RN is on call at all times whether you are using a personal care service or homemaking / companion service.
- Contracting a private caregiver directly on your own can be inexpensive but may pose problems in the end. Such as questionable drug tests and criminal records prohibiting them to work with any agency and it can be unsafe without training verifications or RN supervision. Without documentation of your condition and no one to report to can be dangerous. And who would you rely on if they are off sick or does not show up for work or would like to take off?
- Best of all, our clients have rated our services as first class and outstanding!
